6 EASY STEPS!

1. Register your organization or group for a fundraiser 

(CONTACT US)

2. Receive your catalogs, order forms, and master order form

3. Pass out the order forms and catalogs to the members of your fundraiser and have them collect all cash, money orders, and checks (make out to “optimum”)  as well as documenting all orders on the order forms

4. Collect the funds and document the sum of the orders on the Master order form

5. Your group will keep 35% of total sales and send the balance as well as the Master order form to Optimum Enterprises to place your order!  (CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY!!!)

OR

SEND ALL MONEY TO US AND WE WILL SEND YOU A CHECK FOR 35% OF YOUR SALES

6. The order will be shipped directly to your organization for product distribution
